📋 Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to services, digital products, and training enrollment offered by Ramarpan Creations LLP. For formal corporate agreements we supply a separate contract.
Scope
- Services include remote or on-site IT support, networking, cybersecurity audits, automation integration, and consultancy.
- Digital products include online course access and downloadable materials delivered via WhatsApp or email after payment confirmation.
Payments & Pricing
- Consultancy is typically billed hourly unless a fixed fee is agreed in writing.
- Technical services and repairs are billed per work order; parts (if any) are billed separately.
- Payments are collected securely via Razorpay. Ramarpan does not store card details.
Service delivery
- We schedule on-site visits or remote sessions after payment/booking confirmation.
- Estimates and scope changes will be communicated and require confirmation before additional work proceeds.
Warranty & liability
- Ramarpan provides follow-up checks as described per job. Warranties do not cover third-party alterations or physical damage.
- Ramarpan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond the service fee. Enterprise contracts may include specific liability clauses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India (Maharashtra). Any disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction unless a different agreement is signed.
