What we collect

Contact details (name, phone, email) for communication and billing.
Technical details you share (device/OS, logs) to diagnose and fix issues.
Payment & billing information (handled by Razorpay; card details are not stored by Ramarpan).
Course enrollment records and basic usage data for course access management.

Why we collect it

Data is stored on secured servers with access controls. Sensitive credentials are not stored in plain text. We follow ISO-aligned practices and limit access based on need.
To deliver services, schedule support, and provide course access.
To issue invoices, receipts, and process refunds if applicable.
To improve service quality and resolve disputes.

How we protect it

Data access is limited to authorized Ramarpan staff only.
Remote sessions and web portals use SSL/TLS; backups use encryption where applicable.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We use minimal cookies for site functionality and analytics. Small cookies help the site remember preferences and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser — some features may be limited.

Your rights
