💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ramarpan Creations LLP (branded as Ramarpan) provides IT services, consultancy, and digital/ certification programs. This page explains when refunds are available and how cancellations are handled.


🔧 IT Services & Consultancy

  • Fees for on-site or remote technical work (diagnosis, repair, support) are payable when the job is confirmed. Services delivered are generally non-refundable once completed.
  • If a service cannot be delivered because Ramarpan is unable to meet the agreed scope, a full or partial refund will be offered depending on work completed.
  • For billing disputes, contact support@ramarpan.in within 48 hours of the invoice.

🎓 Online Courses & Digital Content

  • Course fees and digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted (study materials, WhatsApp groups, downloadable content).
  • If access fails to be delivered within 24–48 hours after payment, contact us for support or refund.

🏢 Offline Certification / Workshops

  • Seat confirmation (paid enrollment) is non-refundable after the batch/seat is confirmed.
  • If Ramarpan cancels a scheduled batch, full fees will be refunded or credited to another batch as requested by the participant.

🕒 Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellations before any work start or before digital access is issued can be refunded in full (minus any payment gateway fees, if applicable).
  • After work has commenced or access provided, refunds are not generally available except in cases where Ramarpan fails to deliver the agreed service.

📞 How to request a refund

Email accounts@ramarpan.in or support@ramarpan.in with your order/invoice number and a short description. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
