This page summarizes how RPIT provides services: support, consultancy, training, and technical work. It is written to be practical and clear. For formal contract work, a separate agreement will be provided.

Scope of work

Services may include: on-site or remote technical support, system setup, cybersecurity audits, automation integration, and training. The exact scope will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Pricing & billing

  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Consultancy: Charged per hour unless a fixed-fee arrangement is agreed.
  • ๐Ÿ”ง Technical Services & Repairs: Priced per job or estimate โ€” parts and labour shown separately.
  • ๐Ÿ” Estimates: Provided before work starts. Any change in scope will be communicated and billed accordingly.

Payments

Payment methods and terms will be listed on invoices. For large projects, RPIT may request an upfront deposit or milestone payments.

Warranty & follow-up

  • โœ… Repairs and services include follow-up assurance โ€” if the same defect reappears within an agreed period, RPIT will re-check without additional basic labour charge (details provided per job).
  • โš ๏ธ Warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party alterations, physical damage, or misuse.

Liability

RPIT aims to resolve issues professionally. RPIT is not liable for indirect losses (like lost business hours) beyond the service fee. For formal enterprise contracts, specific liability limits will be documented in the contract.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with notice. Cancellation terms will be explained in job estimates for on-site visits or long-duration projects.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute will be handled in good faith; jurisdiction is under the laws of India (Maharashtra). For corporate contracts, specific dispute clauses will be included in the service agreement.
